PROJECT OVERVIEW
Sinatra & Company Real Estate turned the former Perfetto’s space in the Market Arcade complex into an upscale downtown food hall in direct response to the local community’s growing interest in food culture, craft beverages, and communal gathering places. The food hall is called EXPO—a nod to the Pan-American Exposition in 1901 and a declaration that the City of Buffalo is embarking on a new golden era.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Door Specialties worked with Sinatra & Co. Real Estate to supply several “back of the house” doors for this project. Doors used only by employees leading to kitchens, storage rooms, and bathrooms. Most doors and frames were hollow metal with a several double egress doors for staff to pass in and out of the kitchens.
