This mixed-use new build is home to Bliss Construction, tenant spaces, and 12 high end apartments located in Williamsville, NY. Paul Bliss, President of Bliss Construction, owns this building, and will be starting another similar project adjacent to this property this year.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
We supplied doors, frames, and hardware for the entire project. We supplied Hager Salto Access Control locksets on all apartment entry doors, exterior doors, and wall readers. These access control locksets work directly with smart phones and are easily programable to fit the needs of each tenant.
