REMINGTON LOFTS
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Located in North Tonawanda, the Remington Lofts offer 100 units throughout 4 floors. The owner acquired the property with the intent to create a “live, work, play” center, combining residential and commercial uses.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Door Specialties supplied the wood doors, wood frames and hardware for all of the living units, the hollow metal doors, frames and hardware for stairwells and other entry points to the building. We also supplied the entrance door to Remington Tavern as well as the hardware for the barn doors located in the restaurant. We were challenged when problems arose on site but Door Specialties was able to provide innovative and effective solutions to the contractors to ensure a successful project.
