PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Phoenix Brewery Lofts are the newest luxury loft-style apartments on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. Sinatra & Co. Real Estate has completely transformed this 30,000 square foot historic building into 31 unique living units with high-end features throughout.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Door Specialties Inc. worked hand in hand with Sinatra & Co. Real Estate to supply the doors, frames, and hardware for this project. DSI supplied the hollow metal entry doors, frames, and hardware into each unit, the wood doors and frames located inside the apartments, and the front entrance exterior door. We love the unique exterior door that adds a great deal of character to this historic building.
