PROJECT OVERVIEW
Ellicott Development’s plan has replaced a gas station and convenience store that many considered an eyesore along the Elmwood Village landscape. The new 44,000 square-foot building houses 21 market-rate apartments on its upper floors and is anchored by a two-story, upscale restaurant- JT’s Restaurant.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
Door Specialties supplied 195 doors, frames and hardware for this project. Majority of the doors went to the apartments and consisted mostly of wood doors and wood frames for the hallways and inside the units. JT’s Restaurant received mostly wood doors and hollow metal frames for employee locker rooms, storage rooms, and restrooms.
