PROJECT OVERVIEW
Pegula Sports and Entertainment redeveloped the former Hi-Temp Fabrication Building into a mix of uses. The five-story, circa-1919 building is home to Labatt Brew House, The Draft Room bar and restaurant, Bakery55, Gilbane Building Company, and the corporate headquarters of both Labatt USA and Pegula Sports and Entertainment. This building is located next to KeyBank Arena in the heart of downtown Buffalo, NY.
OUR INVOLVEMENT
We were thrilled to work with Gypsum Systems, R & P Oak Hill Building Company, and Carmina Woods Morris on this high-profile project in our city. We supplied over 180 wood doors, some were veneered and others MDO, nearly 100 knock down and welded hollow metal frames, and hardware for all components of this building in several phases. We also supplied the aluminum door hardware for this project.
